Viewings
- once you’ve found a property you like, contact us by telephone or email and we will arrange the viewing(s)
- we’ll find a time and day suitable for you for the viewing
- after every viewing we’ll call you, to see what you thought and alter your further requirements and we will give feedback to the seller
- a record is kept in your history file of properties you have viewed
Make an Offer
- when you’re ready to make an offer on a property, simply let us know
- we’ll handle all negotiations with the seller for you
- we will let you know straight away whether or not your offer has been accepted
- there are several factors a seller will consider when deciding whether to accept your offer, including:
- the amount of your offer
- your position for example (first time buyer, property to sell, sold subject to contract, cash, etc)
- whether you have arranged a mortgage
- the implications of the chain, possible complications
- we’ll confirm all offers in writing.
