Once you’ve found your new home and your offer has been accepted, houseea.co.uk (Lettings) prepare the tenancy agreement and organise the logistics for your move in.
Tenancy charges may vary depending on the agreement we have with the landlord, so it’s best to ask the office dealing with your rental for a full breakdown of costs.
When you apply for a property we will provide you with a declaration form, this form provides details of the charges that may apply before you sign your tenancy agreement.

To rent one of our properties each applicant will need to provide the following:

Right to Rent
From the 1st February 2016 all occupiers of private rented accommodation in England, aged 18 or over must prove that they have the right to live in the UK legally. As part of the referencing process, your Right to Rent in England will be verified.
