Once you’ve found your new home and your offer has been accepted, houseea.co.uk (Lettings) will prepare the tenancy agreement and organise the logistics for your move in.
Tenancy charges may vary depending on the agreement we have with the landlord, so it’s best to ask the office dealing with your rental for a full breakdown of costs.
When you apply for a property we will provide you with a declaration form, this form provides details of the charges that may apply before you sign your tenancy agreement.
